This website is operated by Rohling. By using our website and or purchasing items here you engage in our services and agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms of service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

By entering and using our website you agree to the terms and conditions. Please read all of them carefully before entering the site or using our services. We reserve the right to change or update our terms and conditions at any given time.

Our store is hosted by Squarespace shop who provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you consent that you are of age by law of your resident.

Our products can not be used for any illegal or unauthorized usage. A violation of our terms and conditions will result in immediate termination of our services.

General:

We reserve the right to refuse services.

Credit card information is encrypted during usage. You understand that your information (not concerning credit card information) will be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

Products:

We are selling products that very often are made in editions. We are therefore not liable for the amounts of products available. We update our webshop when sales are made. We try to show a very accurate color and shape of every item online. We can not guarantee that your monitor shows the correct color or shape of the product.

Shipping:

Rohling is shipping products to most parts of the world. Find your country in our list of countries at check out. Contact our studio if your country is not listed. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. There might be charged an additional shipping cost, that needs to be paid through paypal after your purchase, if the item is heavier or irregular sized, as our system can not calculate this. You will be able to cancel your order if you do not want to pay the additional shipping cost. You will be contacted by email after the purchase if this is the situation.

Packaging:

We are transporting art and design products with high value. Therefore we make sure to pack everything accordingly. We are using transport companies who know and understand what is being transported.

We recommend that you unwrap your package as soon as possible to make sure that everything has arrived safely. All transport is under insurance by the transportation company used. We reserve all rights to cancel an order due to delivery conditions in any given country.

Customs and sales tax:

On all private sales purchased within the EU, German VAT (19%) is added, accordingly to the law. Customers outside of EU may be required to pay the local taxes or duties upon delivery – we are not responsible for the payment or handling of this.

Prices:

We reserve the right to change prices at any given time without any notice. We are not liable to anyone regarding these changes except for any contracts made with Rohling. All prices are given including German VAT (19%). We are not to be held accountable for any mistakes in pricing and hold the right to cancel an order if pricing was set wrongly.

Payment:

We receive the following payments: visa, master-/eurocard, and maestro. Rohling encrypts all payments.

Claims and return policy:

We do not offer returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it and reply to your order confirmation email so we can send you new product and issue a claim with our shipping partner.

Warranty:

The Rohling Chair is tested for a maximum weight of 120 KG.

If a part of the chair is damaged, please send an email with pictures and the number of the part to info@rohling.co

Complaints regarding errors and defects will be examined, if the cause of the defect comes from a material fault Rohling will take care of the costs for shipping and the new part.

Please note that this chair is made out of uncoated aluminum, the surface will develop a transformative patina over time. Scratches and marks are not considered as warranty issues.
